TECHBITS SYSTEMS is looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable owning complex features, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET / ASP.NET Core
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services
- Participate in Agile planning, sprint reviews, and technical estimations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs
- Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience with SQL Server and database optimization
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and service-based architecture
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Azure or cloud-based deployments
- Knowledge of Entity Framework / Dapper
- Exposure to Microservices architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
