TECHBITS SYSTEMS is looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands users, business goals, and design systems, not just colors and fonts. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, usability principles, and practical execution.
Job Responsibilities
Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
Create visually consistent and scalable UI components and design systems
Conduct basic UX research, usability analysis, and design validation
Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and stakeholders
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly
Improve user experience based on feedback, analytics, and testing
Maintain design consistency across all digital products
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
Hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
Ability to design clean, modern, and functional interfaces
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Ability to clearly explain design decisions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Tools & Design Stack
Figma (Design, Prototyping, Collaboration)
Wireframing & prototyping tools
Design systems & component libraries
Basic understanding of frontend constraints (HTML/CSS awareness is a plus)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience working with developers on production-ready designs
Familiarity with UX research methods
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design
Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, or enterprise tools
