TECHBITS SYSTEMS is seeking an experienced Senior MERN Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable web applications and working confidently across both frontend and backend technologies. This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving ability, and the mindset to build clean, maintainable, and performance-driven applications.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and modern UI practices
Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs
Work with databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data efficiently
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Advanced experience with React.js and component-based architecture
Solid backend experience with Node.js and Express.js
Experience working with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering
Exposure to Agile or Scrum development processes
